The founder of Coastal, Ian Grove is level 3 reps trained and has many years of experience working with people of all ages and abilities. Ian will help you gain confidence in your workout, whether an amateur or professional Ian can put together a bespoke package to help you achieve your goals.
Catherine Milligan Saunders
Catherine discovered a passion for yoga 3 years ago, shortly after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. Catherine is qualified in Ashtanga Vinyassa. She says 'My teaching provides a space for others to come and feel supported through their own journey, to gain inner strength, transform lives and bodies physically and mentally. I’m a supporter of the ‘healing power of yoga’.'
Mike is a yoga teacher and professional ballet and contemporary dance artist. Mike's yoga practice is embedded within Ashtanga Yoga, forming a grounded base with regular Sun Salutation practice and within creative Vinyasa Flows that focus on finding fluidly and continuity within the body. Building a strong movement foundation that will help develop body weight strength, mobility and flexibility.

Jason (Jay) James
With a passion for fitness, Jay's qualifications include, personal trainer, outdoor fitness, circuit trainer, indoor cycling, Olympic lifting, exercise referral and sports conditioning.
Emma has been teaching yoga for 5 years and practicing since 2001. Emma took her first 200 hour YTT in 2014, followed by children and teens, baby yoga, special yoga for children with ADHD & Autism. Emma is an extremely passionate yoga teacher encouraging students to practice with body based consciousness, helping us to feel more present and connected to ourselves and others.
